Have made 3 orders from them and not a single problem. Shipping is fast, I like how they send you a picture of the items before, and everything has been received with no damage (everything bubble wrapped and posters in cardboard tubes). I have had problems with other websites but none with Kpopmart.

I wish the KPOPMART website allows us to write reviews because this store is honestly great. Their customer service is very responsive (I always receive a reply in a few hours). My pre-order item shipped out the next day after release, and I was even able to add another item to my order just before it was shipped because customer service processed my request so quickly. They also send photos of your order before it is shipped so you know what your order looks like. Honestly, best customer service ever! I'm so impressed, 100% would recommend.

I have ordered from this website for KPOP merchandise and even KDRAMA CDs. I even opened an email dedicated to order from this website (Which I currently am not using unless its for KPOPMART orders) I ordered very regularly, maybe 13 albums every month for about 4 months currently. It ships with very good prices, the cheapest out there! Even to places like the Middle East, where other websites stopped shipping because of the pandemic. None of my albums ever came damaged and customer support answers under 24 hours every time. It is by far the best online store I have ever tried. The delivery time is super fast, under 10 days which I find very impressive because I live over 16 hours away from Korea, overseas. They send pictures of your order before the shipment progresses and tracking information that is very up to date. It is super easy to search for products and I have found everything I buy available in the store. Very trustworthy store, seriously. I would recommend this to absolutely everyone who wants to find a good online store. I couldn't be more pleased. I will admit, I will a little nervous at first because I had heard many stories about people getting scammed. But nope! Turns out there’s a fake Kpopmart that’s trying to impersonate the real one or something. Thankfully I ordered at the right one at a very cheap price. I got my treasure album a little late because of COVID-19 but everything was in great condition, carefully wrapped and everything was included! Will definitely be ordering again in the future. I would show photos as evidence if I could but im not quite sure how to do that here. Thanks Kpopmart!

My sister ordered two Nu'est albums from Kpopmarket. She received an update saying that one is not in stock, when their website claims that products added to your cart will be listed as "available to purchase," so logically, if it wasn't available, she couldn't have completed that order. With shipping, her order was about $42. Kpopmart is only refunding her $8. They claim that they had to send the package back after realizing one album wasn't in stock, which makes no sense, so they aren't refunding the shipping because they are reimbursing themselves basically. After reading some of the reviews on here about how rude and sneaky this company is, I wish we had known about this earlier.

So i tried to buy albums from kpop usa and honestly i got scammed i lost $55 dollars for nothing and they told me i would have my money back but i never did. And they wanted to give them more money. Don't buy from that place they will take your money away

If I could give this site a zero star I would. I buy hundreds of dollars in kpop albums every year. I bought 4 preordered kpop albums from them. When I ordered them the site did not give me an option for the posters that the groups company said comes free with the preordered albums. I assumed that since I am suppose to automatically receive the posters free with my albums that when they came in the mail the posters would be with them but no they were not. I emailed the company and got a rude response From the company showing me my receipt that said “no poster” at the bottom. Because the poster is suppose to come with the album I thought that “no poster” was meaning no extra poster. When I explained to the company that their site did not give me a poster option and that I would even pay the shipping if they would send me my 4 posters that I am entitled to, the response was very nasty and the website basically said we are not going to send me my 4 posters that is suppose to go with my albums. I will be going through another company to order my kpop albums from now on and I would not recommend anyone buy from this company. They are sneaky, rude and does not always send you all of your merchandise. This is not the first problem that I have had with this company but it definitely my last one.

Honestly, I never write reviews about anything but I thought this site definitely deserves some credit. For starters, the customer service is great, every time I contacted them (we went back and forth quite a lot) I got a response within 24 hours, if not within a few hours. Something that really attracted me to this website was that they send you a picture of your order in the box before it gets shipped out, now me being a bit of a control freak I definitely appreciate this. They sell authentic merch for a great price, however, the shipping can be quite expensive but considering you wouldn't buy let's say an army bomb at a venue for $30 either I think it's just a part of the marketing. It's also standard express shipping so I guess that's also partly where the money goes to, no complaints, however, just something to keep in mind. I really have nothing negative to say about this site beside the shipping costs but if you are smart and buy a few things at a time you can actually save money because the prices of the product are already lower than let's say on Amazon.

On 18/06 I bought 4 albums and requested 2 different versions for one of them (which were supposed to be picked randomly), they answered the same day and were very polite. On the 24/06 they shipped my package and sent me 2 pictures : one of the package with all the albums visible (they effectively gave me 2 different versions so that was very satisfying) and one of the delivery ticket (with the tracking number etc). I used DHL for the delivery and it arrived on the 26/06, so it was very fast (Europe). Each album was packed with great care. I would totally recommend this shop.

I ordered two light sticks recently and one of them came in broken, I contacted customer service and they responded really quickly! After checking with the manufacturer of the product they gave me a refund. I would totally recommend this place!!!
